Hi,
No e-mail for one sub account, cannot connect now to Hotmail since changing the e-mail addy, cannot get help from in home assis, tells me to call verizon-all e-mail entries for incoming and outgoing are correct .
I am unable to set up home phone answering machine as well. 11 days of frustration, should stayed with cable, thinking of returning to cable.
Now no incoming e-mail from hotmail site. ARRRK!! Is there no help for this? Just for the heck of it, no e-mail when a reply is posted, I can't get it.
