I am designing a screened porch that will encroach into an existing utility easement. Verizon is a party to that easement. I am trying to contact someone with Verizon to discuss having Verizon quit claim a small portion of that easement to allow the porch to be built. If someone from Verizon responds please provide information other than asking that I call 1-800-837-4866.
