Filters Deleted automatically -----AGAIN!!!

Verizon, what'd'hell?
All of the email messages in my IN box were automatically deleted a couple of weeks ago and at the same time, all of my filters were deleted.
I login a few minutes ago and now all of the filters I re-entered are gone. It has taken me a week to re-enter the filters and now they are gone AGAIN.
I believe it's time for me to dump your crappy business. You need to clean your software development house because they are failing miserably.
