I've been dealing with my billing cancellation for over a month now.
Three customer representatives guaranteed that my internet bill service will be pro-rated to the date it was cancelled. After no calls back, I reached out to Verizon again and NOW they decided to bill me for the full month and claims that internet cannot be pro-rated, but when asked to provide proof of this "new" policy, absolutely NO ONE can provide it. The frustration is definitely NOT worth the "one to two year special deals". Never again.

Verizon FIOS customer service just sucks, I wonder when they will change that.
