Fios upgrade free tablet or $200 certificate status?

Hi,

I recently made a change in my FIOS TV service and was told when I made my order online I was going to get a reward, either a free tablet or $200 towards a new phone at verizon wireless. I'm still waiting for that certificate or coupon. This was in March 25, 2015. When will I get it?

Can take at least a month.

Usually, when you sign up, the offer will tell you how long it will take to send out reward.

And keep in mind, the tablet offer usually requires you to sign up for wireless service.
