Forgot Email passwords for 2 sub-accounts

I forgot Email passwords for 2 of my SUB-accounts which I had been checking via a POP E-Mail client.
I accidentally deleted them from the E-mail client software.
Can someone tell me how to get these SUB-account passwords reset?
(It looks easy enough reset the password for my MAIN Verizon account,
but I can't figure out how to do so for these SUB-accounts.)

- I go to: http://webmail.verizon.net/signin/ and click on: Forgot Your Password?
- This brings me to a prompt: "Please tell us what you forgot." I select Password and click the Continue button.
- Next page says "So that we may access your account, enter your Verizon Online User Name and select the Continue button." - I enter the username for my sub and click Continue.
- I am then prompted to answer the sub's Secret Question and set a new password.
