Gift card e-mail?

All these other folks on the forum are raising concerns over not being able to redeem their gift card or not receiving it, but I have a different problem -- I simply never got the e-mail associated with the redemption code. I scoured my old e-mails and I did find mention that I would need to wait 30 days before it came, but it's been that long now and I want to make sure I haven't simply missed something.
