I am not sure im in the right place but, i have a triple play which expired. i just ordered new service with new options and price. it gave me an installation date but i am unsure why - there is nothing to install.

They always give an installation date. Assuming you are right and nothing you ordered requires them to come out, it will probably actually be done in one business day.
