Help with a landline account

My dad died and we can't log into the web page associated with our landline. We have the login and password, butwe don't know the answer to the security question. The account is being paid by auomatic draft, but that'll end soon. Is there a number we can call about this?  I called service from my cell, but the rep just dropped to the call.
