Home offers gift card redemption errors

In my home offers I have 2 gifts cards available for redemption. They’ve been available for 2 weeks and I’ve been trying repeatedly across that time to redeem. 

The first always returns error: {"STATUS":"ERROR", "DETAILS":"missing vz_jwt"}

 

The second always returns error: “Due to a system issue, the reward website is currently unavailable. Please try again later.”

 

The best chat support could offer was for me to try again the next day… unsurprisingly that didn’t fix it.  Anyone know of a resolution to these errors?
