Normally I would tell you to use Trueswitch, but there's a note on that page sayign the service will be discontinued May 10, 2013 (almost a month ago). I;m not sure if that will still work or not.
If it doesn't, you would need to export them from Juno in CSV format (assuming Juno has that capability), then import them into Verizon webmail. Someone more familiar with Juno might be able to help you with the export.
