How do I stop receiving duplicate messages from my Verizon email

I am getting duplicate messages from my Verizon email account to my Outlook 2010 account.

Other than deleting all emails from Verizon, what are the steps I need to do to stop receiving emails more than once in Outlook 2010? Thank you.
