I like to post a complain to Better Business bereau about customer service and bill increase of 30 dollars a month, I was on the phone for 40 min and it wasn't fixed. I went to BBB site but there are so many Verizon options, let me know if anyone tryed and if complain was helpful.
The problem is if your complaint is only about price, BBB isn't interested. If it is about price, service, reliability, etc. then you can make a complaint.
