Does anyone know how to file a complaint with Verizon?

I had the worst customer service experience in the 7 years that I had Verizon. We were trying to move our services to a different location but wanted to open another account with them at hour current location. We set everything up for a Monday. My husband took off from work and stayed at the new location all day. The techs never showed up. When we called Verizon, the said that the order was cancelled and that we would have to initiate a new move order. The stated that since it was their fault that they would expedite it and contact us with time and date for the move. Well that never happened. I called them every day and was told every time that the order never went through and that we needed to do a new order. At some point I asked to speak to a supervisor who apparently was too busy to speak to me and said that he would call me within 48 hours. Of course nobody called. Then finally on Friday, I spoke to another representative who told me that Verizon can come the next day (Saturday). Again I went to the new location and waited around for 5 hours. And again nobody came. I called customer service again and got to speak to a supervisor. He said that there was an issue with transferring the phone number to the new location and that's why the order did not go through. When I asked him if there was anything they can do for us since at this time they have cost us lots of time and money (both husband and I had to take off from work), the supervisor said that there was nothing the could do. He stated that he could not give us credit on the account or anything like that. Bottom line is, my time is just as valuable as Verizon's time. This is not the way to treat a customer. I would like to file an official complaint since the supervisor I spoke to did not really solve anything. Does anyone know how to do that?

Sorry for a long post... just getting my frustration out..
