I can't redeem my gift card

I was promised a $200 gift card when I upgraded my service. When I look in the Home section, I see the card and it says redeem on February 3, 2023. Well, that's today, and when I click on it I'm supposed to get the option to register it. Instead I get frequently asked questions. I've tried the app, online, everything. How do I redeem it?
