I would like to have a shortcut on my desktop for my email, which will bring me directly to my online Verizon email account. How can I do this?

#1 At the desktop, right click.
This assumes that:
a) you are on Windows. If you are not on Windows, please post.
b) and you usually left click on stuff to start programs (open files) for example.
#2 Select new.
#3 Then select, shortcut.
#4 Type in http://webmail.verizon.com/
#5 Click next.
#6 For the name, type in Verizon e-mail.
#7 Click finish.

Done, creating shortcut.
#1 To use the shortcut, you will have to:
a) Click on Verizon e-mail on the desktop.
b) Log-in as need be.

Right click on the desktop, and in the pull-down that appears mouse over New in the list, then click on Shortcut in the list that then appears.
This is normal Windows procedure, nothing special about it.

Hey Verizon it took a while to download Verizon security suite to my computer, I had a desktop icon but it's gone. My last name is misspelled even though I called customer service twice to correct it. They have Orem &it's Oram.

I use Chrome Browser
Here is how I add icons to my second screen (I have 2 monitors)
1) Sign on to your email
2) Go to the url https://********
3) Click and hold it
4) Drag it to anyplace on the other screen.
5) To use it later on Right click ...Open
6) Complete sign to Email from there

Right click…Choose..New…Shortcut
Copy COMPLETE url that you use to get to your VZ Email…https://************

Start here:

On Right hand side click on Options
Choose: Make AOL My Homepage
Take it from there
