Is there a way to delete ALL of my email?

I have 8,000+ emails in my verizon in box.  Is there a way to delete all of it without having to go page by page?

Log into webmail. go into settings. Change the number of messages per page to no limit. Go back to email main page and all emails will show on one page. select the select all box above first message and delete.
