Link to redeem Prime is missing

Hi Verizon,
I received the email to redeem the Amazon Prime and the Echo from Verizon. I clicked on the "Let's go" button and log in to my account, however I only see the link to redeem the Echo2. There is no link to redeem the Prime membership.
Could someone please help me.
