Looking to Leave Feedback for my Customer Service Help

Hi, I am also looking to leave feedback for my customer service help that I received this morning! I was suppose to get a link for a survey but did not get one after the chat closed. Madz from the technical support team on the Live Chat was incredibly helpful. We spent over 2 hours troubleshooting my internet issue that would not allow me to open my work files.  They were patient and kind throughout the whole process and even checked in on me while I was checking a couple of things as we went. I wish all my experiences were like this. Appreciate all the hard work! I would love to still fill out a survey or at the very least make sure that any supervisor knows how well Madz handled everything for me! Thank you!
