I signed up for Fios internet in December 2021. I received the email in February 2022 that it was time to redeem my reward. The link never worked. I called and was told they were being mailed. I called again and I was told black hawk is backed up so it could take a few months. It’s now July 2022 and still no $200 reward or gift cards.
