New Home Page (with EMail Previews)

Two of our email subaccounts are not getting the new email home page, where the preview of your emails are listed. In the last few days once in every few days the new email homepage appears.The next time we go to the page it is the old home page with previews of the email. The only individual who always gets the new home page with the preview of their email is the main account holder. Can someone explain why this is happening?

Have you tried to see if the same thing happens when you access the accounts from another computer?

As of today (April !) we now are getting the new Home Page with email previews on all our accounts. I think they have been working on it. We weren't getting the new page on our subaccounts on either of our two computers earlier. We are now waiting to get the new webmail page (where you can read the email) on all of our accounts as they never gave us that page since they took it off because they were having problems with it. I guess we aren't the only ones without the new webmail page. We liked it when we first got it but then they took it off because of problems they had with it. From reading the Forum though it seems like some people have the new webmail page. No one has ever answered the question about when we will get back the new webmail page.

Good luck with that. Our's changes multiple times per day, every day! I don't anticipate the problems being solved any time soon, not with the number of complaints posted on these forums.
