just switched to FIOS a day ago - all services down. Of course a tech can't get here for another 2 days. Honestly may just chuck the whole thing. Very very disappointing
Have you tried to power reset your ont?
Or have you checked the ont to see if there are any error lights?
Yep - Power - green, battery - Green Video - red. Nothing else is lit
To reset disconnect power and disconnect battery. Wait about 30 sec. Then reconnect battery and reconnect power.
