Order Canceled by accident and can't recover order HELP!

Good Morning,
I was working with a Chat Rep last night when trying to figure out a issue with my order and how to get the $250.00 gift card and the woman had cancelled my orignal order and tried to get me to do the same order, but now I had to pay another $60.00 since the deal was over. I told the woman I never wanted to cancel the order, I just had questions about it. After this she told me there is no way to get the order back. Does anyone know someone I can email to get my package and price back, I still have all of the documents in my email.
