My outgoing e-mail is blocked, incoming is Ok. Verizon help desk IT Teck was given control of my computer and could not find a solution. I am located in Chennai, India. E-mail worked Ok for last 8 months and stopped working when I mistakenly replied to a non manned message and it bounced back and forth several times. Message is: "Outgoing email is blocked by service provider" or identified as spam. How to remove this block. My e-mail connection is secure WEP with a password, not public domain.

FIRST please set up WPA2 for your encryption WPA is not nearly as secure as WPA2. IF you router does not support this I would ask Verizon to send you one.
Next update your antiVirus program and run a full scan. It would also be a good idea to run a Malware program such as the free version of Malwarebytes and also do a full scan.
You may need to get a higher level technician to solve the email issue.
Do you use the webmail interface or a third party application to manage email?

As said try to migrate to WPA2. WPA if you have to with AES if you can. WEP security is trivial for someone to break into your network. A matter of a minute or so at most.
Your system may have to be swept for problems and to make sure your bad bouncing mail is not still in their. Make sure you switched to the new Email settings. IF YOUR SYSTEM IS BLOCKED by Verizon or whatever ISP is the connection in Chennai, you may have to get to someone who knows how to clear such blocks.
