Pending Order - stuck for over 3 months

I've got a pending order that Verizon doesn't seem to know how to fix for me. I think the order was a trail for the 2Tb Verizon Cloud (that I don't need anymore). I keep calling the support desk - and they see there is a pending order and just tell me to call back in a few days to see if it's fixed. Now it's 6 times I've called and every time, I get the same answer.
PLEASE can you help me cancel this order, so that I can upgrade my TV channels? I've been a Fios customer for almost 20 years.
