Hello,
I'm a constructor developer and I was wondering if would be possible to move a pole that will interfere with a new construction.
This pole is located between 425-423 13th Street NE, Washington DC, 20002. These two properties were combined to build a new project. So, this pole will be in the middle of the access of this new property.
Right now, demolition of these properties has started. The project will be finished at the end of the year.
This pole has this number on it 1030 C.

If an easement had been entered between the land owner and VZ, the easement is perpetual and cannot be terminated without the consent of both parties.
You could request the pole to be moved at the cost of you and there is no guarantee that the request will be granted. VZ may reserve the right to exercise eminent domain entitled by state laws at any time.
