Problem with outgoing mail in Mac Mail

Checked all settings and everything seems to be correct , but it keeps giving me the message of"...@verizon.net address is rejected by server". Can Anyone help me please?!

I solved it myself. I had to redo the authentication process. I could have sworn I had done this already , but I guess not since it now works.
