It seems impossible to reach Verizon tech support! I just switched to Verizon and am kind of sorry. Anyway, does anyone know why I get two copies of all e-mails sent to my verizon.net e-mail address? If so, any way to fix it?

Do you have any filters set up in your mail? Perhaps something set to put messages in your inbox?

What method are you using to access your email? The web client, Outlook, etc.?

I found the answer. Simply uncheck the box that says to save to the server and it stops looping/forwarding extra copy.
