Redeemed Samsung Offer, Have Not Received Chromebook

i dont trust verizon and their promises.  i redeemed but it has been 2 months and have not received my chrome book yet. so i called verizon and they have no recolection of any records.  they told me to redo it again but when i did it again, it said that the code has already been redeemed and they said there is nothing they can do.  Verizon is really a crook.  This happened twice already.  I will wait for my contract to end then switch over to comcast.  i dont trust verizon.   their custermer is the worst ever becasue they cant seem to resolve anything
