Refresh Button does not refresh "My Folders" to Show Unread Email

Title says it all. Now to see if any new emails have arrived, I have to click on each of "My Folders." Not good. Anybody else have this problem?  I don't recall this being a problem before.

Hello,

You should have a "Inbox" folder" on the left hand side. If you have filters, then the email will be directed to that specific folder. If you are still having trouble, please send me a private message.

Shamika,

I don't see how to send a private message, so I'll respond here.

I have filters that direct incoming mail to various folders in "My Folders". What I am seeing, somewhat inconsistently, is that neither the Inbox nor any of the folders within  "My Folders" is showing an unread message after I click on the refresh button. However, if I then click on a folder in "My Folders", a new message indication will appear for that folder. I does seems that clicking on the reload page button for the browser (either Firefox or Chrome) will result in correct identification of unread messages.

I say inconsistently becajuse I can't figure out the pattern of when the process works and when it does not. If it helps, my session will regularly time out, so I don't know if this has something to do with what I am seeing.

Thanks,

Jeff
