I have been trying for a week to claim my gift card reward for signing a new FIOS contract. I got the email after the waiting period and have tried 2 PCs, three browsers and my mobile phone. It says “Our apologies. Due to a system issue, your registration was not successful. Please try again later.”
Why can’t this be fixed?
