I'm having trouble with one sub account that keeps asking for the password before it can access the e-mail server, so I signed in online to change that sub accounts password. What I get is just an option to change or delte that sub account, but the change option only shows the persons info and not a way tto change the password. Any ideas? TYIA

You change the sub's password from the sub, not the primary. If you don't remember the pass to log into the sub at all, then use the forgot password link. Just make sure you enter the SUB info, not the primary.
