Restoration of sub-account for Outlook 2007

Can you tell me why Verizon will not help get a sub-account restored, I know it can be done as I have found posts that some Verizon people have done it for customers, one of which was in Oct of 2014. But when I called in yesterday all the guy wanted to do is keep telling me over and over that he couldn't do it, probably interrupting his social hour.

Is thwere any Verizon employee that has the technical skill to assist in restoring my sub-account. Or at least can tell me for certain how long before I can re-establish it. I guess if it was deleted I don't understand whay it couldn't be re-established within 24 hours provided the Verizon folks would run a cleanup utility to completely remove it so it could be re-allocated. 

I'm beginning to wonder it there are any technical people working for Verizon or are they just phone jockeys.

Hi hunterpa,

Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Before the agent can begin assisting you, they will need to collect further information from you. Please go to your profile page for the forum and look at the top of the middle column where you will find an area titled "My Support Cases". You can reach your profile page by clicking on your name beside your post, or at the top left of this page underneath the title of the board.

Under "My Support Cases" you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. The title of your post is the link. This should be checked on a frequent basis, as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions. To ensure you know when they have responded to you, at the top of your support case there is a drop down menu for support case options. Open that and choose "subscribe". Please keep all correspondence regarding your issue in the private support portal.
