So I have an old Verizon.net address...

That I really need to check, but I forgot the password.
So I went into the "forgot password" tool, answered the security question correctly and typed the new password.
But the new password doesn't work.
I'v tried different password and it's just not letting me through.
Just to be clear too, this is an email-only account, so I don't have a billing phone number or account number associated with it.
I did it all through webmail.verizon.net.
If anyone has any ideas, please let me know.
