I'm trying to do two things:
1. Recover the password on a sub account for email that I haven't used in a while
2. Change that sub account to be the prime account
I've had no luck scrolling around my profile settings. Would be grateful for any help

Same problem; however, the automated Verizon "helper" says to go to your profile, select "sub accounts," click on the sub account you want to modify and press the "manage" button. The aforementioned "manage" button is apparently on vacation because it's not on the web page. This used to be an easy task. Way to go, Verizon.

Same here it was there for an account that was being heavily spammed. ther was a blurb about deleating an account so I did then sub accounts was gone fom my profile. Going back to MSN emails.
