Trouble getting e-mail with Google Chrome

I cannot get my Verizon.net e-mail when I use the Google Chrome browser.  I have to switch to Internet Explorer.  Chrome allows me to log on and see three or so e-mails, but when I click to view them the screen goes blank and freezes up.  This has been happening for a month or so.

I use to be able to access it through Google Chrome.

I'm using Chrome Version 54.0.2840.71 m

On windows 10 Pro

No problems accessing VZ Email and Forums
