Trouble with outgoing internet messages. User and password ID keeps popping up

Hello

I am in Palm Coast, FL, visiting temporarily, using an Ibahn network, and I have an important outgoing message to send.  Suddenly, my incoming and outgoing messages did not like my user ID or password.. My internet was working fine until today.  What can I do?
