I have had the password reset 6 times and been online with Verizon support in India for over 3 hours.
I can read my mail on-line via the Verizon site.
I can not login or read my email from the yahoo portal.
Can anyone help me?
Support tells me a supervisor will call the next day and they never call.
I pay $200+ for service and they can not fix a simple problem for over 3 weeks !!!!!!!!!!!!!
