Unable to Register for $200 Fios Gift Card

I got a $200 Verizon eGift card on my Fios account, but I couldn't register for the reward. I tried to click "Register Now" on different laptops and cell phones, then I got "Our apologies. Due to a system issue, your registration was not successful. Please try again later." I've been tried this for several day and got very frustrated. This is probably happening for lots of people....
