Unable to claim $50 verizon gift card from fios bonus offer

I got a message on my account indicating I'm eligible for rewards. On my verizon account page, I did see the offer tiles saying "Get a $50 Verizon Gift Card, on us. Redeem by: Mar 22, 2022. Thanks for ordering Fios Internet Service." However, when I click the "Get started " button, it redirected me back to the account page.
I did call the customer service last month, after a half hour wait, I was told the issue has been fixed and I will receive the gift card by email. But I never received the gift card by email as promised by the agent. Can someone please help me solve the problem? Thank you
