Unable to configure verizon email on my Iphone5

I m unable to configure my email on my Iphone 5, getiing  usernam or password for pop.verizon.net error message at the same time I m able to log on my disktop using same credentials. I tried on several different Iphones and also Andriod phones, getting same  error message. Please help me.

Just did the following

Installed iOS 8.2 on both iPad 2 and iPhone 5

Sent a test message from iPad to my VZ Inbox

Received copy on my iPhone then forward it from iPhone to my Gmail acct

Please see attachment for my settings on BOTH devices.
