Unable to redeem $200 FiOS gift card

Hi there,

I've logged in to my Verizon account and on the main page it's telling me that I can redeem my $200 Verizon Gift Card for having FiOS service. However, whenever I click on "Get started" it just basically loops back to the main account page again.

I only have until tomorrow, April 7, 2022 to redeem. I have tried this for several days already. Not a great impression, especially when I still can't get it to work before the cut off date.
