The vzrewards site (https://vzrewards.verizon.com/) has been down for a very long time. Many of Verizon's customers need to redeem the rewards promised to us, and it doesn't look hopeful given this history that access to this site will be restored anytime soon. How can we manually redeem our rewards, Verizon?
