VZ rewards down for more than two weeks. So many people reported the same error. Action?

trying to register on VZ Rewards to redeem the $200 gift card offer, but the URL https://vzrewards.verizon.com/ is continuously showing as being down.  Have been trying for more than two weeks until I realized there are so many people reported the same issue here!
