My sewer line was broken so I had a repair company come to repair it. They said it was pretty clear that a utility company had bore through the line so that's what caused it to break, and based on the color of the cable they see, they're pretty sure it's Verizon. How do I get Verizon to confirm that this is their line and then have them pay for repairs?
