Verizon Customer service don't care about you!!!!

I've been a Verizon customer since the 90s. I recently moved to a new house and it took almost 6 weeks for them to get it right. They came out 3 times with no work done. I called and waited on hold multiple times for over an hour. Well they finally got it fixed. 

Well guess what, as  write this I'm on hold again after getting though that horrid automated system. My On Demand is disabled and has not worked since I moved in. I called on Sunday night and the guy showed it was disabled but he could not fix it and advised me to call back during the week. So here I am on hold again, after calling 6 times this morning and getting disconnected each time. My phone works off a Verizon 4G network extender and when they test or do whatever they do it reboots the router and the phone is disconnected. They don't bother to call back even they they have my number and verify it to send me a one time PIN!!!! This is crazy!!!!   Verizon just don't give a **** once they have your money.

You can find your Inbox by clicking on your username at the top right corner of this page and then clicking the envelope icon that appears at the top of the menu. Please direct all correspondence concerning your issue to the agents who will be assisting you privately.
