Verizon Fios welcome bonus

In March 2023, I received a letter in the mail from Verizon stating
"Hi Valued verizon customer,
Great news. Your reward is on its way. It will be sent to you via US mail within the next 30 days.
What's your status?
For your convenience, you can track the status of your reward at any time. Simply log in to your My Verizon
account at verizon.com/myverizon, click the "Fios Welcome Bonus" link and view the status of your card.
Activate your card
When you receive your card, you will need to activate it before using it. Activation instructions will be included
with your card when it arrives.
Thanks,
Your Verizon Team"
I expected the "reward" by the end of April as it stated " It will be sent to you via US mail within the next 30 days." and have even given the situation extra time but have yet to receive anything in the mail nor an update in my account nor email. I can send a copy of the letter if needed but don't see how to upload it.
I have had issues with these reward cards before and they were finally corrected but after much back and forth. It seems that many other people are still having issues with the welcome bonus as seen on this forum and I can't believe that Verizon hasn't fixed it yet.
I feel this situation of promising rewards or bonus every time you are convinced to upgrade or make a change to your account, which then never show up as stated, is a very deceptive practice.
This should have been corrected so long ago that it feels as though Verizon hopes the customer will forget or give up after having to jump through so many hoops.
I hope my current issue will be corrected soon without too much frustration otherwise I will be forced to leave Verizon and see what other legal options are available for this situation.
