Verizon Gift Card Redeem Error

I received an email from Verizon stating my $100 gift card will expire in a month if I don't redeem it. When attempting, I just get an error screen, on both the app and on a browser....

It seems that Verizon is attempting not to honor it and hoping people don't go through the trouble to address it. Was anybody able to fix this? I doubt I'm the only one.
