Two Questions pertaining to using Verizon Email on a Samsung Galaxy S4:
- Is it possible to have my Verizon Message Center Email Folders show up with the stock Android Email App? I would like to file my emails on my S4 into one of the folders created within the mail.verizon.com email message center.
- Why does the sync feature only work with emails located within the inbox, but not the sent folder? In other words, if I send an email via mail.verizon.com, it does not show up within the sent the emails on the S4, and vice versa for the other condition.

welcome to the world of a pop server. They do not function they way you want. You would need to move to a imap server like gmail for the functionality you are looking for.

Thank you. Verizon email is not what i though it was, this is pretty useless and behind the times.
But what i do not understand is that Verizon does have IMAP, right?
SMTP Server (Outgoing Messages) | outgoing.verizon.net | 587 | |
IMAP Server (Incoming Messages) | incoming.verizon.net | 143 |

NO IMAP, so POP server. And SSL, plain text password.
You probably want to set no deleting from server on your S4 and some delay, eg 14 days, on your PC/MAC because its a POP server not a IMAP server.
