What a joke. Internet and cable card issues for the last 30 days which suddenly clear up just in time for rate increase. I had to re-install my iMac OS because I had thought the problems with constant internet disconnections were due to my computer. After I re-installed the same problems persisted. Now all the stalling and time outs have suddenly gone away. It's obvious the problems were with the Verizon servers. Similar issues with TiVo and cable card where the cable card would become un-paired. It wasn't the TiVo. It wasn't the router. Verizon will never admit the problems are at their end. It's always with the subscribers equipment.
